The Winfield Education Foundation and Winfield PTO celebrates the holiday giving season with Project Hope.
We are grateful to be part of a community that cares for one another, and we hope this program brings a little extra joy and relief to families in need in our community this holiday season. Thanks to the kindness and generosity of donors, sponsors, and volunteers for making this possible.
Spread joy this season with Project Hope!
The holidays are a time for giving—and Project Hope is a wonderful way to make a difference right here in our school community. This program supports families in need by providing holiday gifts and essential items for their children.
We invite you to sponsor a child this season! Sponsors are asked to fulfill a child’s holiday wish list (up to $75 limit).
**Don’t have time to shop but would still like to sponsor a child? You can make a donation to WEF (Zelle: wef@winfield34.org) and a team of volunteers will do the shopping for you! Please indicate “Project Hope” in the notes.
The success of this program rests solely in the kindness and generosity of the community. Your generosity helps bring warmth, joy, and hope to local families during the holidays. We have lists ready to share with those interested in sponsoring a child's gift list. To sponsor a child or learn more, please contact Mary Zalatoris: mary.zalatoris@gmail.com by Friday, November 21st. The date to turn in new, unwrapped gift donations will be Monday, December 1st from 3:30-6:30 p.m. and Friday, December 12th from 4-6 p.m. If other drop-off arrangements need to be made, please contact Mary to coordinate!
