Winfield Education Foundation
A Community Comes Together
The Winfield Education Foundation is working to support students and families, school staff, local businesses and organizations, and essential workers through the challenges of this pandemic. To that end, we welcome your ideas of ways to support the Winfield community and your involvement in bringing them to fruition.
Here are some of our latest initiatives:
2021 Tiger Run
This year's Tiger Run - virtual and in-person - is on Sunday, May 2 at 8:30am. We thank the many PTO volunteers making this event happen, the students raising pledges to support school, and the business sponsors making this event possible and making a huge contribution to our students and staff! Please thank our Sponsors by supporting their businesses!
Logo concept sketches by student artist
We are delighted to share logo concept sketches created by D34 middle school artist Libby. Libby worked with our art teacher, Mrs. Eaton, to translate WEF's mission and vision into works of sketch art that will be the inspiration for a newly designed logo. We are so proud of this concept work and can't wait to see them come to life in the next stage of design development!
Save Lives Donate Blood
The Winfield Education Foundation, a volunteer-based, 501(c)(3) organization, aims to raise and grant funds for programs that enhance and enrich District 34 students’ educational opportunities. Our vision is to partner with school administration, community and local business leaders, and the Parent Teacher Organization to support our community in becoming an incubator of ideas and innovation that fosters advancements in education.
