Give LOVE, HOPE, and WARMTH

The Winfield Education Foundation (WEF) is grateful to all those helping us fulfill our mission. As the winter season approaches, we are planning ways to support our community in need. Join us in a special event on Giving Tuesday (Nov. 30th) this year, when we are hosting a blood drive, participating in Project Elf (a gift giving program for students in need) and holding a winter gear exchange to outfit all students with snow pants, coats, and boots for the winter. Read more below or contact us at wef@winfield34.org to get involved!

Here are some of our latest initiatives:

Giving Tuesday - Donate Blood 11/30

This Giving Tuesday, consider giving of yourself in a way that can literally save someone's life. Join us on Tuesday, November 30 from 3:30pm-7pm in the Central School Gym. All blood types are urgently needed. Make your appointment with Versiti Blood Center today!

Educational Grants

WEF is proud to provide Educational Grants to teachers, which allow expansion of our school programming with the goal of enhancing learning and encouraging innovation. We congratulate the recipients of this year's grants: the First Grade, Third Grade, and Fourth Grade Teams, Middle School Language Arts, and Arts/Music teachers! Learn more about how your generous donations made a difference at our school!

Project Elf

Local nonprofit organization, Kindness Matters at Emerson Elementary School, has invited our district to participate in their holiday gift giving program for families in need, Project Elf. Learn more about this wonderful program and if you would love to donate an item(s) or sponsor a child in need, please email or text/call Debbie at wef@winfield34.org.
