Local businesses - you've supported us.
How can we support you?
Our current focus is supporting families, essential workers, and businesses through the monumental challenges of this season. We are acting upon suggestions from our community, including a blood drive, recognition of essential workers, and outreach promoting local businesses throughout our community. Together, we hope to turn these challenges into an opportunity to find new ways to connect with each other and help our greater community persevere through this time.
To that end, we would like to extend a “no strings attached” invitation to all local businesses to let us know how we can assist - promoting your services, sharing news and information, and encouraging our school community to support local at a time when it’s more important than ever. For restaurants, we are happy to offer a free Cook’s Night Out to promote takeout or outdoor dining on a specific week, with no donation involved. We are happy to brainstorm creative ways to support other business types. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how we can support you!
The Winfield Education Foundation, a volunteer-based, 501(c)(3) organization, aims to raise and grant funds for programs that enhance and enrich District 34 students’ educational opportunities. Our vision is to partner with school administration, community and local business leaders, and the Parent Teacher Organization to support our community in becoming an incubator of ideas and innovation that fosters advancements in education.
