Supporting local businesses

We would like to extend a “no strings attached” invitation to all local businesses to let us know how we can assist - promoting their services, sharing news and information, and encouraging our school community to support local at a time when it’s more important than ever. Successful Blood Drive

Thank you to all our donors and volunteers during WEF's first community Blood Drive. We had 36 donations, which helps up to 108 people in need of blood! Thank you to the Village of Winfield, Winfield Park District, Winfield Library, and all of you for sharing information about the event. We appreciate Versiti Winfield and note that you can schedule an appointment anytime at their local center.

Congratulations graduates

WEF is proud to share in the excitement of our 2020 graduates! While this may not be the graduation experience you hoped for, it's one you likely will never forget. We wish you the best as you move on to the next chapter in your education! You are well-prepared!

Fundraiser for local first responders

The Western DuPage Chamber and West Chicago Community Center have set up a go-fund-me campaign to collect donations for the front-line workers and responders in OUR communities (Warrenville, West Chicago, and Winfield). 100% of funds raised will be used to purchase meals, groceries, and gift cards from local restaurants, caterers, and grocery stores.
